Business Leads and Opportunities can be assigned to a Project or entered without a Project. Projects can be viewed and edited. Edits "Cascade" to all Opportunities which are in the Sales Project.This saves time and salesperson work.

This is our Opportunity List view. Note Green Color signifying a NEW Business Opportunity. The Opportunity Record turns RED if not actively being worked signifying stalled progress or a bottleneck.
