How the Sales Power Bench Works

Simple Sales Record Assignment by human or with workflow:

The two following screen shots show how sales records are routed and reported. This is a full user function. 

This is a lead form. Please note the Partner Name and Partner
Contact. This is how leads are routed and tracked. All the sales person
or administrator does is type the Partner name. The name is selected
and then the contact is selected. Now sales data will route to this
salesperson.

This is the leadlist view for full Sales Software users. Note
the color coded records. This alerts the full user to status of lead.
Red is untouched by assigned sales person.Green is new lead, Blue means
sales partner acceptance, normal text means lead is being work OK.

Sales Power Bench and LeadNET: Sales record routing and tracking to partners

 

The below function is part of our Sales Bench tool. This view is of a Morning Call email which is sent to Sales Power Bench users. 

This is a user email tool showing the "Morning Call" email All
Sales Leads and Opportunities are listed here. The morning call email
gives all sales users, that have assigned sales records, a gente
reminder to work your sales deals. This tool alone will increase lead
conversion and sales. LeadNET sends the Morning call till the sales
record is WON, LOST or REJECTED.

This is our patent pending Sales Power Bench. Just like Excel
with edit in fields. Our clients find that every sales guy can use this
to update the sales data base fast. Sales leads are edited and new ones
entered here. The Lead Bench has been selected.

Two sales benches are given to the Sales Bench user; leads and
the one below, Opportunities. Business opportunities are edited and new
ones entered by the bench user. The arrows at bottom left are save,
new, and deleter. This grid is an Ajax datagrid, much like Excel yet
better because all sales data is gathered and reported to full users of
our sales software.
